Documents:  You can upload documents pertaining to the family or an individual family member here, and see documents that have been uploaded through this tab or through a form.

Programs: The program tab will show you the current program the family or individual family member is enrolled in. This tab will also allow you to enroll the family or individual family member into another program or change dates of enrollment, if needed.

Activities (Service Oriented): Activities will vary based on Program(s) in which client is enrolled. Drop down feature displays “activities” associated with that program. You can complete any activity form from here.
