If you have reporting requirements coming up, you may be wondering how the numbers you need can be pulled from the VerticalChange Report Builder.

Here are the steps you should take to get the support you need during reporting time:

  1. Take a look at the Help Center - our help center is full of articles on the Report Builder that will teach you how to pull basic data.

  2. Practice - the best way to learn how to use our Report Builder is to get in there and practice. Pulling your own data is a great way to have the concepts and tricks of the builder stick. Make up some test scenarios and challenge yourself to get the data that you need. If you get stuck, try changing the fields that you're pulling or the filters that you are setting.

  3. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager - if you're still not sure how to pull the specifics of your data, you can also reach out to your Customer Success Manager. Send them an email with 1) the specific data that needs to be pulled and 2) the due date for your report. They will find a time that works within everyone's schedules and deadlines to sit down and walk you through pulling the data you need.

  4. Request Report Builder training - do you feel like you and your staff need some extra training on how to use the Report Builder? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager and request a training session to get you more familiar with the buttons and processes of the Report Builder
