Tags can be added to activity or assessment form templates to make it easier to search and filter for similar forms later.

Start by opening up the form you would like to tag by clicking on Forms in the lefthand navigation menu, then clicking on the linked name of the form in the Activity Forms or Assessment Forms grid.

Click the Edit button to bring up the Form Builder.

In the Form Builder, find the Tags field in the Standard fields section.

Click inside the text box, then start typing to Add a tag. You can name your tag anything you want. Tags that are two words should be connected with an underscore _ or hyphen -.

Once you have finished typing your tab, press the Enter or Tab key on your keyboard to save the tag.

You can add multiple tags to one form by typing in a tag name and pressing Enter. You can also remove tags from the form by clicking on the X next to the tag name.

If you start typing in the name of a tag that is already in use on another form, you will see the tag name appear in a drop-down menu. Click on the name to automatically add it to the Tags box.

Once you have added your tags, click Save Changes at the top-right of the page to save the form.

You can now use the tags to filter and categorize your forms in the Forms grid.
