The Contact forms section of VerticalChange displays a list of all Contact Type forms that are available in your system.
Navigate to your Contact forms by clicking on Forms in the lefthand navigation menu, then clicking on the Contact tab.
Here you will see a grid that contains all person-level Contact forms, and all group-level Contact forms.
In this section, you will have the ability to:
Edit the data fields for your Contact Type by clicking on Customize in the Actions column
Allowing participant users to be invited through a contact type under the Users column
Contact type forms can only be deleted by VerticalChange staff - please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you need a contact form to be deleted.
