A profile for a person, group, or family contact organizes data into different sections that you can access through tabs. Below is a list of the sections you'll find in a typical contact's profile and what information is in each section.

Dashboard

A contact's Dashboard is where you will find Goals (or forms that need to be completed by a certain date), and Recent Events (a list of updates made to the contact).

On Group and Family contacts, the Dashboard will list group members and allow you to add new members.

On Site contacts, the Dashboard tab is renamed My Work.

Details

The Details section allows you to track and view contact form information about your contact. You can also add and remove contact types from this section.

On Site contacts, the Details tab is renamed Site Information.

Groups

From the Groups section, you can view and manage your contact's group and family memberships. You can also see if your contact has been connected to another contact through a relationship field.

On Site contacts, the Groups tab is renamed Classrooms/Teachers.

Notes

When clicking on the Notes tab, you can view a list of all notes recorded for the contact, or create your own note. Notes can be printed individually or exported as a CSV.

Documents

The Documents section allows you to upload any documents that are related to the contact. The list of documents also includes any documents that were uploaded through the contact's activity or assessment forms.

Programs

The Programs section lets you manage your contact's enrollment and disenrollment in VerticalChange programs. Program enrollment determines what activity and assessment forms can be accessed.

Activities

The Activities tab gives you a list of all activity form results completed for a contact, as well as the option to Record a new Activity. A majority of your data-tracking for a contact will be done from the Activities and Assessments tabs.

Assessments

The Assessments tab is similar to the Activities tab - it gives you a list of all assessment form results completed for a contact, as well as the option to Record a new Assessment. Administrators decide if forms should be classified as Activities or Assessments

Other Tabs

The tabs below are only available to certain agencies where the feature is enabled. If you are interested in enabling these features on your agency, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

QRIS Ratings and Rating Preview

The QRIS Ratings and Rating Preview tabs are available on Site contacts for agencies with QRIS enabled. These tabs allow you to view your current and past ratings, and get a preview of your upcoming rating based on the forms completed.

Letters

For agencies with mailings enabled, the Letters tabs gives users a list of all letters that have been created for the contact through the Mailings feature.

Family Summary

The Family Summary tab is only available to agencies with the Family Summary feature enabled. The tab will only show on family contacts, and breaks down the list of Activities and Assessments completed by each family member.

Teen Court

The Teen Court tab is only available for Teen Court program users and contacts, and is a standard report with Teen-Court-specific data for that contact.
